DHS inspector general not investigating agents on horseback

The Department of Homeland Security’s inspector standard has “declined to investigate” the perform of horse-mounted Border Patrol officers in Del Rio, Texas, chasing Haitian migrants as they attempted to cross the U.S.-Mexico border, DHS explained on Tuesday.
